Reef Aviation consists of two companies namely, Reef Aviation FZCO and Reeflect SAL. Both companies are in the aviation business. Reef Aviation FZCO focuses on fleet maintenance and component support while Reeflect SAL ventures in aircraft cleaning solutions.

Who we are

Reef Aviation established in 2002 is a fleet management company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Over the years, we have built our reputation by offering exceptional fleet management services, especially tailored to meet the demands of VIP and governmental clientele. This has been made possible not only through the company’s extensive experience spanning over a decade but also through our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

A pivotal aspect of Reef Aviation’s operations is our partnerships with over 170
Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) partners. Our network allows the company to offer unparalleled support and services. These collaborations ensure that all fleet management requirements are met with the highest standards of excellence and efficiency.

Our offices are conveniently located in the Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZA) Building 4W-B, on the 7th floor, Office 749, near Dubai International Airport. We operate Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, offering our services in English, Arabic, French and Tagalog.

Reef Aviation manages fleet maintenance services from A to Z. We offer a comprehensive line of maintenance and repair services to private fleets and airlines including supplying spare parts, facilitating checks, 24/7 AOG hotline, logistics support services, and consignment inventory sales.

We make sure that our client’s aircraft repairs and maintenance processes are handled and monitored according to their expectations. Our valuable partnerships with leading suppliers in the aviation industry give us the confidence to achieve our turnaround time targets and ensure all services are flawlessly delivered with all the necessary certifications to guarantee quality assurance.

During Maintenance Check, we take full responsibility for all the components removed from the aircraft that need to be sent to our certified partners. These components are monitored on a timely basis depending on the requirements of the situation. Keeping an open eye on every step during the maintenance allow us to meet the clients’ schedule and delivery requirements.

Our dedicated customer care team offers 24/7 Aircraft On Ground (AOG) support. Clients can contact our hotline at any given time. Our staff will provide them with any critically needed parts or help with effective solutions to manage their aircraft’s technical issues. We guarantee finding a solution to any request in no time.

Reef aviation also specializes in the supply, exchange, sales and consignment of aircraft components, assemblies, and spare parts. We are capable of buying, dismantling and selling any aircraft part upon request.

As part of our Vision to enhance and maintain aircraft safety, we have recently launched an innovative aircraft cleaner, Reeflect®. Reef Aviation is the sole provider worldwide to offer this technology.
